2023 ATP tour Clay Court Season.

Saturday 8th April results for the ATP Tour, also predictions for upcoming matches.

It is going to be an Easter full of tennis from all over the globe! Yesterday we had semi finals day at both Estoril and Marrakech and we also finally had some play at Houston with organisers trying to find a way to conclude the tournament. In Estoril where most eyes were Miomir Kecmanovic ended Cecchinato’s great run with a 6-3, 6-1 win whilst Casper Ruud had more of a battle on his hands but scrapped through a 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 win to set up today’s final. At Morocco Roberto Carballes Baena pass through in 3 sets despite a great start from Dan Evans winning with a score of 2-6, 6-4, 6-2 setting up a Final with Alexandre Muller who beat Kotov 7-6, 7-5. Back in Houston it was a full day of tennis with players having to play twice in one day to try and have a final today. Big John Isner was knocked out by Brouwer but Francis Tiafoe won 2 matches to qualify for today’s Semis. It is also worth noting that the ATP 1000 Masters event in Monte Carlo will start which properly kicks off the clay court season with plenty of highly anticipated match ups just around the corner.

Coric to beat Jarry
Munar 2-1 Huesler
Djere to beat Hurkacz
